QUINN SULLIVAN/Getting There: The Debut Album From The 14 Year Old Blues Guitarist Available On June 18th, 2013!

Quinn Sullivan wields his Fender Stratocaster to deliver solos that have even the masters asking, “Who’s that”? At age eight, Sullivan met the mentor of a lifetime when he was introduced to the multi-Grammy winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Buddy Guy backstage at a concert in New Bedford, Massachusetts. The Blues legend held a quick audition for Sullivan and was so impressed with the youngster’s skills that he invited the prodigy to play on-stage with him that night.

Since that night, Guy has taken Sullivan under his wing, saying “players like [Sullivan] come along once in a lifetime.” With Guy’s help, Sullivan has jump started his career by landing a coveted spot on stage with Eric Clapton for his 2013 Crossroads Guitar Festival at Madison Square Garden. Sullivan has also graced other iconic stages such as the Hollywood Bowl and Apollo Theater, as well as playing before national television audiences on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, The Today Show, and Oprah. He is also the youngest person to have played Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland.

Sullivan remains humble saying, “I’m living my dream every day, learning from the masters.” He is a part of SuperStar Records, the Nashville-based, full-service record company owned and operated by the artists themselves. SuperStar provides and assists artists with services such as legal representation, album concept development, and marketing and promotion. SuperStar Records managing partner John Heithaus says of Sullivan, “Triple threat artists like Quinn are truly rare. He is a prime example of today’s brilliant new breed of songwriters, musicians, and performers and we have high aspirations for him.”
